Fertility / Preconception Care

We now know that the diet and lifestyle of the mother and father during the six months or 180 days before conception can impact their child’s lifelong health. It does this by directly altering the genetic material (egg & sperm), which combines during birth to make an embryo.

Give yourself the best chances of a healthy conception, pregnancy and baby.

Diet, including your nutritional status, environmental toxin exposure and lifestyle choices such as; alcohol and cigarette smoke, all impact genetic material being passed down.

Natalie is experienced in communicating and working collaboratively with fertility specialists and has done additional training to assess nutrient levels via pathology testing.

Natalie works with you to implement dietary changes; prescribing researched herbal medicines and nutraceuticals (supplements) to improve egg (quality), sperm motility (movement) and morphology (shape) and also to improve IVF outcomes. Natalie will also educate you on toxins and chemicals (also known as endocrine disruptors), which are found in the household and can negatively influence your hormones and fertility.

If you wish to conceive, book an appointment, and Natalie will assess you on a 3-6 month preconception protocol, which aims to improve your and your partner’s overall health and give you the best chance to conceive a healthy baby.
