Skin GLOWING smoothie

Smoothies are such a great way of getting a large number of nutrients at one time. 

This smoothie contains good fats, collagen, antioxidants and fibre, which assists with skin health.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of nut milk (unsweetened)

  • 1 cup of filtered water

  • 1 tbsp. LSA meal

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 tbsp. collagen powder (I love nutra organics)

  • 1 cup of mixed berries

  • ½ avocado

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp. goji berries (optional)

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
