Skin GLOWING smoothie
Smoothies are such a great way of getting a large number of nutrients at one time.
This smoothie contains good fats, collagen, antioxidants and fibre, which assists with skin health.
Ingredients:
1 cup of nut milk (unsweetened)
1 cup of filtered water
1 tbsp. LSA meal
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp. collagen powder (I love nutra organics)
1 cup of mixed berries
½ avocado
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. goji berries (optional)
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
