Recipe
1/2 cup of white spelt flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp bicarb
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 of a zucchini grated
1 carrot grated
1 apple grated
1 banana mashed
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup of coconut sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
Add pumpkin seeds on top (optional)
Mix all ingredients really well in a mixer, pour into muffin tin, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and bake for 20 mins on 180℃
